The BEL 507 is a semi-automatic tilting case erector and pack station that is designed specifically for replacing manual case packing. The machine is designed specifically for applications with taller product and cases where it is difficult for an operator to easily pack the product when the case is oriented upright. When combined with a BEL case sealer, it allows one operator to form, pack and seal corrugated cases with a single system.

The BEL 507 achieves higher throughput with the machine returning to the default tilted packing position as soon as the case exists the machine. The BEL 507 utilizes 3 safety switches to ensure the tilting function only actives when there is a case inside the machine, ensuring a completely safe operation.
